Rooms are okay, spacious and airy. There is a water heater but it is a bit difficult to control the heat level. We were traveling with 6 people so we rented three double rooms. The air conditioner was a bit slow to cool. On google maps, it was called Diamond Bangkok Hotel instead of Diamond Bangkok Apartment, so at first we mistakenly went to the Bangkok City Hotel next door because we thought it was changing the name. We don't use any other services.

I stayed here my first 6 nights in Bangkok. The hotel is quite good and clean enough for the price. The location is perfect in Siam which is a great area to stay! The train station is not far and many nice restaurants and street food around. The staff are friendly enough. The wifi was good enough and you have a belcony. Id stay again.

The place is clean, room are big, you get what you pay for. Matress are ok but not comfortable. Bts station is 5min walk away, or plenty of motobike taxi around the corner. Some good street food just beside and a 7/11 shop downstair

This was so far the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. My suggestion to Agoda, please verify the hotels before submitting there pictures online. The bed coves were literally ripped and patched. Also very old even the color got faded out. Two uneven single mattresses were joined together for large queen bed. Room doesn't have glass to drink water. No hair dryer. Toilet was flooded from leaking toilet.Housekeeping has to be called for. And they don't put toilet paper after cleaning room & they don't clean toilet. Attitude of all employees were very rough and impolite. I will neither recommend this hotel to anyone nor stay there again for free.

This condominium was good for family stay. Room was good and clean, also have kitchen for cooking, stuff behavior was very good and helpful. Swimming pool was nice and beautiful, enjoy swimming in pool, Nice location, near have metro station, bus station, big cock market, night market and many many restaurants, also near MBK and SIAM center. Over good for family stay.
